Public Service Requests

For public clients and one-time service requests, we offer simple flat-rate pricing for most legal documents, including summons and complaint, subpoenas, orders to show cause, and similar court filings. The rate includes up to three service attempts within Mesa County. Additional mileage charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Eviction Notices (FED's)

Process for FED's - Service includes knocking once, then returning the next day to knock then post. Picture is also taken in event of posting.
